YouTube Video Editor (Remote, Part-Time)

We exist to serve creators by helping them focus on creating while we handle the systems, editing, and creative support that bring their vision to life week by week. You’ll play a key role in editing both long-form and short-form content for creators across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, helping them grow while also shaping the quality and style of their brand. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small but growing creative team where your craft and input truly matter.

Responsibilities:

Edit long-form YouTube videos, focusing on story, pacing, and emotional flow.

Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, both native edits and cutdowns.

Craft strong narrative pacing with thoughtful use of music, beats, and emotional arcs.

Add motion graphics, branded assets, and animations that align with creator identity and enhance storytelling.

Manage feedback and revisions efficiently using our internal systems (we prioritize clarity and attention to detail in all we do).

Stay up to date with creator content trends and evolving editing styles.

Contribute ideas to improve our editing processes, tools, and client experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing high-quality long-form and/or short-form content.

Strong visual storytelling instincts, with an understanding of pacing, emotional beats, and musical timing.

Have the availability to start minimally at part time salary to grow into full time with us at our agency.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with extensive 3+ years of experience.

Understanding of branding, motion graphics, and maintaining visual consistency.

A reel or portfolio showcasing both polish and creative flair work examples.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A reliable computer with large storage capacity and fast internet connection.

Continued Required Skills:

Familiarity with the creator economy, YouTube culture, and digital storytelling.

Motion graphics or After Effects experience.

Experience working directly with creators, entrepreneurs, or small teams.

Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to contribute ideas, not just take instructions.
