About the Role

We’re hiring a Data Enrichment Specialist to help improve the quality and depth of our databases, which directly supports our core services and client success. You don’t need to be an expert — candidates with basic knowledge of manufacturing or an engineering background are welcome, and fast learners with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrich datasets across multiple databases with high accuracy and completeness
• Conduct thorough online research to verify and update company and contact information
• Identify and correct discrepancies or outdated data
• Follow clear guidelines and processes for data handling
• Support data-related tasks including:
  • Segmenting data for outreach campaigns
  • Cleaning and de-duplicating records
  • Assisting with data quality reports
• Collaborate with team members on data initiatives
• Learn and apply new tools, techniques, and best practices
• Maintain clear communication and report progress regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing OR an engineering background OR demonstrable aptitude as a fast learner
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and self-managed
• Proficient in online research and using search engines
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Access to your own laptop and stable internet connection
• Willingness to be trained and adapt to new processes

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in data entry, enrichment, or research
• Familiarity with CRMs, sales intelligence platforms, or B2B databases
• Basic understanding of B2B business operations or sales workflows
