Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to engage with existing and potential customers
• Promote our youth sports programs and raise awareness about our offerings
• Schedule demonstrations for the sales team at schools, daycare centers, and other venues
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively engage customers over the phone
• Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with youth sports programs or educational institutions is a plus
