 The Role: Creator & Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Creator & Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our TikTok creator network. If you’ve managed creators, run influencer campaigns, or crafted content strategies that drove results—this is your stage.

In this role, you’ll act as the connector between brands, creators, and viral success—ensuring we consistently produce content that not only entertains but sells.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and manage TikTok creators to produce high-performing affiliate content
• Oversee influencer campaigns and partnerships that drive TikTok Shop sales
• Guide creators to craft scroll-stopping, high-converting videos
• Analyze performance data and optimize creator output
• Develop creative briefs and content strategies for TikTok-native storytelling
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with ad strategy and brand voice
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliates
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and viral mechanics

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you’ve previously worked in:

• Influencer marketing
• Creator management
• Social media content strategy
• Affiliate marketing (TikTok or similar platforms)

You should also:

• Have a deep understanding of TikTok content and trends
• Know what makes content go viral—and why it converts
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Be self-directed and detail-oriented
• Have a high bar for quality and follow-through
• Thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in creator/influencer marketing, UGC management, or TikTok content strategy
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior remote work experience
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce is a plus
• Available during UK business hours (9–5 GMT)
• Proficient with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets

What You'll Get

• Starting salary: $1,200/month
• Raise to $1,500/month after 3 months
• Performance-based bonus with OTE of $2,000/month
